Really, really not." They are chemically synthesized 'equivalent' flavors. The word "nature" in there means that it is not an outright artificial flavor derived from, say, petroleum, but taken from some other substance that is- by one definition or another- "edible". So in effect they manufacturers are saying, "No we didn't flavor it with *actual* vanilla, but we did use someother, er, substance that tastes a lot like it, honest!
